Q: What is Legal Aid and does it apply to me?
We specialise in Compensation Claims and offer a no win no fee arrangement so it will not cost you anything to make a claim for compensation. Legal aid is a means and merit tested scheme offering a free legal service to those who qualify. It does not apply to personal injury compensation claims and is usually applies to family, criminal or property disputes.
If your enquiry is not related to making a claim for compensation or compensation for injuries, unfortunately we are unable to assist you. We ONLY specialise in Personal Injury Claims and suggest you contact Legal Aid or the Law Society for a specialist in other areas of law.
